SPRAY & STRETCH TECHNIQUE

Cooling stimulation quickly relaxes stiff muscles.

A technique in which a low-temperature cryo gas is sprayed over trigger points and surrounding muscle while passive stretching is performed at the same time.

Muscles that couldn't be stretched due to pain or spasm relax and regain range of motion, as the cooling stimulus temporarily numbs nerve receptors.

In acute injuries, it also provides a cryotherapy effect — the cooling reduces swelling, limits the spread of inflammation, and suppresses muscle spasm, speeding early recovery.

A non-invasive treatment with no injections or medication, it places no physical burden on the body even with repeated sessions.

PAIN SCRAMBLER THERAPY (MZ012)

Scrambles pain signals to block the brain's perception of pain.

A non-surgical, drug-free treatment that scrambles the pain signals traveling to the brain, blocking the perception of pain.

Electrodes attached to the skin deliver a "no-pain" microcurrent signal to sensory nerves, preventing the brain from recognizing the pain. It is especially effective for patients with chronic or treatment-resistant pain who haven't responded to conventional medication or injection therapy.

Registered under Korea's Ministry of Health and Welfare Notice No. 2014-77, it is classified as a non-invasive pain-signal therapy (MZ012).

Scrambles Pain Signals — Drug-Free Pain Blocking

Maintenance Treatment

If effects fade after completing one course (10 sessions), an additional course can be repeated. Under HIRA (Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service) guidelines, this is billed in units of “one cycle of 10 sessions.”

For patients who cannot attend on consecutive days, sessions every other day are sometimes used, but the standard protocol calls for consecutive daily sessions.

Consecutive sessions are essential. Pain Scrambler therapy works best without gaps between sessions. Because the principle relies on cumulatively "teaching" the nervous system a no-pain signal, effectiveness drops if there are breaks in between sessions.
